I want to say "Thank You" to Willowbrook Management and Maintenance Team for their attentive care and service to us. Yesterday when I arrived home, my smart home keyless entry Fob lock alerted me on its voice that the battery is getting low. I was worried and sent an online maintenance request to the website. When I came home from work this afternoon, it has been took care of by the Willowbrook Team. Many Thanks for making my home safe and providing me a peace of mind!!!

Moe and Toby have truly exceeded my expectations. Coming off of a horrifying, demeaning and explicitly duplicitous contract with Residenves @ Bentwood I was overcome with anxiety not knowing what to expect since the bar had been set so low by my previous rental experience, apprehension was my feeling to say the least

That having been said, I cannot thank Moe and Toby enough for their understanding and patience.

As a business owner, I know how important the human touch experience is and how treating every client the same; handling their needs with kid gloves can really make the glove heavy after enough use (get the drift)?

These folks and this community is non political, non biased and definitely kid friendly. The kids matter and I know that Toby and Moe recognize this.

The level of 🙏 respect is firm
The level of professionalism is unprecedented
The level of maintenance staff friendliness is profound.
My level of appreciation and gratitude is certainly A1 and I know this community reciprocated both .

Don’t live here yet but took a tour today with Moe and loved it. Quiet, clean neighborhood with the most friendly staff! Answered all of our questions and showed us a beautiful updated apartment! Definitely worth it with some of the other apartments we’ve looked at around here

I've lived at this property almost two years and it was an amazing experience...Toby Luker is one the the best property manager I have ever dealt with. She addresses any issue brought to her attention in a very nice and professional way, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done to satisfy any concerns immediately!

Nice and clean security at the door will unlock the elevator for you to use it My cousin John Wood lives here and is very happy. I love his Porch it is really great for entertaining and growing his plants.

service skills along with
ppl skills & just out right how ppl should treat you. Whoever owns this building you have an excelling staff. They all should be conmended on the excellent job that they do!

We have lived on the properly for a while and it has been an outstanding experience for us. Especially the property manager Toby Luker goes above and beyond in providing the best service, making this place feel like
Home, she gets any maintenance issues addressed by her team in no time and personally inspects the work done when necessary like when we got the newly renovated kitchen done, she personally came and inspected everything. She is very pleasant to talk to as well !
