The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time needing "service" for my tesla. They were able to quickly replace what needed to be replaced. 10/10 Experience

Tesla's Wilmington service center was fantastic. On President's day, I was visiting family (and picking up a wedding dress) in Wilmington. To make it home, I needed to charge, but my car would not charge at a supercharger on I-95. I managed to eke out the drive to the Tesla service center in Wilmington and they were great. They fit me in, so I could get home the same day. Not only did they fix my charging problem, they also actually fixed a navigation download and a seatbelt issue without my even asking or telling them. The store manager was wonderful and the mechanics were very competent, especially a fellow with a silver goatee. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Be meticulous with the service detail given so the staff can look up the timestamp if applicable. Take pictures of any error and note timestamp of the photo in your service request.

Love that this Tesla Service center is close to home. Shelly and technicians provided excellent service. I was pleased to be kept up to date on the progress of my Tesla. I will continue to use this center for all of my service needs. Great job.
