Great place. All work do at a very good price , performed by top-notch mechanics. The owner Chad is a great guy and very professional!!! I recommend Chads to everyone!!! ( And I'm not related to them in any way)

We used this hotel for our wedding guests and wedding prep. It was perfectly located for our Battleship NJ wedding. The suite we got was beautiful, and the staff worked with us to sort out the room block for our guests. We reserved a lovely, large conference room for prep, and had a cordoned off section of the bar/restaurant for our after party. Good food, nice drinks, and a lovely place to ring in the new year. Would not hesitate to use again.

P.S. Antoinette, one of the Hilton staff, really went out of her way to accommodate our needs, from timing to parking to reservations and more. Also, Terrell was super friendly and helpful.

This was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms that still feel new. Hopefully you get a room that fully overlooks the great scenery (we got a partial).

The view (although I wish we got a room fully facing the water, especially since hardly anyone else was there)

Cons
Checkout - hopefully not always a nuisance but 2 people were assisting a man in front of me with seemingly basic questions when 1 person could have been checking us out (a less than 1 minute process which took 5+)
Parking ‐ $15 a night (we're downtown camden not Philly or NYC. Why are you charging? We just parked on the street for free)
Extending a night - had to pay another incidental since I booked through 3rd party; housekeeping wasn't informed and we had to get keys reissued after the fact.
Bed was kinda hard
Blocked streets and police detail - every entry point to the hotel was blocked off with cones or barricades and we weren't told about it prior. I had to call the desk to see how to proceed because it seemed dangerous. Idk if it the norm but it made us uncomfortable at the very least and if the goal is to communicate safety, I'd say we felt more of the opposite.

Customer service - of the 4 people we encountered only the gentleman that was there at night was helpful and friendly. The others were blah. Not bad, but not welcoming either.

Very clean, good location, beautiful scenery especially at night with the lights. We gave a side eye to the few things which ultimately cost them a start but we would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Stayed at this hotel with my spouse while traveling for business. The hotel was great! Great service, great accommodations, very clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant area, there were a good selection of snacks and beverages, employees were all very nice and involved in conversation, nice views, easy parking, and felt safe! We would love to come back again.

These guys are the very, very best. Polite, efficient, friendly and have you in and out without a long wait. Go pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Spoke with Chad, the owner, and found him to be honest, friendly, diligent, and extremely knowledgeable. Replaced all 4 tires and they worked quickly and efficiently and I was in and out in 30 minutes, all for a very fair price. And he was the only person of all the places that I called that did not try to upsell me on an alignment. When I asked, he said he needed to see the tires first. When he saw the tires, he said one wasn't needed. Highly recommend Chad's shop for your tire needs. Thanks Chad for all of your help.
