Infertility Support of Glenside

This is one of the most excellent hotels I've ever stayed at. It is gorgeous, as are the views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a change in circumstances which caused me to have to check in a day and a half early, and they accommodated me with no problem and no hassle. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. The Agent at the desk, was very friendly and put us in a room with a view. The area around the hotel had everything we needed and also conveniently located off the highway. The pool was Indoors and heated, and next to the fitness center. They also had a sauna which was a plus. The hotel gave us waters upon our arrival. I had no complaints. Will be visiting again!

Solid hotel for staying near Old Town and Penn’s landing. The views are fantastic and the small cafe downstairs was great for morning coffee. The parking was only $5 when we booked the room and parking. Only reason this is not 5 stars are the bathrooms need to be updated and the room was getting a bit dated. Just worn in places an the grout was getting bit beat up. Still would stay there again.

So the only reason 4 stars, is parking was a bit of a drag, definitely confusing at first. However, as for everything else, it is deserving of a good rating! Lobby is nice and pretty, with a restaurant right to the right as you walk in (has a sit-at bar and table service). There is a little shop inside for you to get your stuff. Do not lock yourself out of your room though! You will need your I.D. to allow them to give you a new key and they will give you a hard time if your ID happens to be in your room as well. Good place to stay during winter as you have the river rink ice skating, and winter festival nearby. Dave and Busters Arcade Eat and Play with a bar is near by and lots of fun. There are cool boat restaurants near by, as well as spruce street harbor with tons of things to do. The park at spruce street harbor is pretty cool during them spring days. The is a cool submarine museum near by as well. The rooms are decent, and the pool is nice; you get a view of the city as the pool is on a high up floor. Nice little stay, my family and I enjoyed it.

I think Nicole saved my life. This was before she opened her private practice, so I wasn't seeing her for infertility specifically, but it was something similar in nature. I thought I'd injured myself and caused permanent sexual impotence at the age of eighteen, and it lasted almost three years.

If you're struggling with sexual or reproductive worries of any kind, you're probably braving a similarly hopeless mindset. This type of thing can topple the foundations of meaning, falsify beauty, and render every present moment unbearable. I felt so alone there I couldn't imagine relating to another human again.

Luckily, Nicole can communicate to hopelessness. Not in a platitudinous way, but with empathy and intellectual honesty. I always felt understood, and she always had insightful questions to guide the session if I wasn't sure what to talk about next.

Everything from her is genuine, and she makes it clear that she really cares, so it feels safe being honest with her. It was my first try at therapy, and the conversations were much easier than they should've been for the subject matter. I should also mention that aside from the sexual topics, I mainly talked about depression and self-hatred, which she's great at dealing with too. I'd never experienced having someone so thoroughly in my corner.

I definitely credit her for my continued existence. I don't think I could've asked for better company in that nightmare, and I'm so happy to be awake from it and alive. I don't mean to hype her up as a miracle worker, but that's only because I don't believe in miracles.
