    Join this gym was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Everyone there treats you like family from the start. Never once did I feel judged or ridiculed for being very out of shape and overweight. Ian and his crew truly aid you in a successful, new, healthy lifestyle. They provide nutrition and supplementation recommendations as well! The pricing is the best I’ve seen around as well! I would give my every last penny to feel how I feel when I leave that gym! Do yourself a favor and join!

    I dropped in from out of town. Really enjoyed the class, coaches and other athletes / members at the gym. Has everything you need for a great workout. Definitely would recommend and look forward to dropping in again.

    I moved to PA about 4 months ago and joined the CF gym. I can say that my skills and form have improved greatly in a short time. The coaches and classes are great and the athletes are welcoming and encouraging. They really push me everyday to be better. I like that the coaches try to find customized scaled options that will challenge you and bring you to the next level.

    The best coaches, and just overall the absolute best CrossFit gym- especially if you’re just starting out! There are people who’ve been going there for 10 years and others on their 10th day. Amazing community. Doesn’t get any better than AR!

    I've been coming to AR Strength for about 1.5 years. The coaches are wonderful and will watch your form to make sure you can perform everything safely (especially when you're starting out, but even as you gain experience). If you are new to CrossFit, everything can be scaled to your abilities so don't be afraid to try it! All the members are extremely supportive and we love to cheer on your personal improvements (and there will be plenty if you show up and do the workouts!) I love it here.
