So thankful for this space, to move and gain strength without judgement, but only full encouragement from every instructor in every class. It’s not only changed my body from the inside out, but changed my mindset about my body. This place is truly special. The environment is clean, warm and welcoming.

I was hooked after the first class and now this place feels like home. Everyone is so friendly. The facility is clean. And it’s a no judgement zone that gives you the confidence to move how your body needs to move.

I started Barre3 when I was in my first few weeks of my current pregnancy and I have loved adding this into my daily/weekly routine. The staff is soooooo incredible and very accommodating to pre and postnatal clients who can't do all the postures. I always feel so good after leaving a class with my mind right and just ready to take on the day. The entire team and staff at Barre3 goes above and beyond to talk to you and answer any question you may have. Highly recommend checking out you will not regret it!
