Niki and Devon changed my life. I was hesitant about joining any gym post-pandemic; too many companies take advantage of anyone who wants to better themselves after such an insane time. They prey on the deepest insecurities to fill their deepest pockets. Not 1 COR. Niki and Devon are incredible people, not just phenomenal trainers. I have never felt more comfortable in a gym setting; I actually look forward to my workout sessions! It has become such an important part of my weekly routine, because just like my newfound respect for fitness, Niki and Devon are so important to me; they have become like family. This is where you go if you want to see actual impact in your life; I am so happy I found this special place, and will never stop recommending the powerhouse duo behind it.

Devon and Nikki are awesome! Both are very knowledgeable & professional. Devon is my personal trainer and in one month I could already see a difference in my body shape and strength. I love working out there!!

This is a fantastic gym and the owners/trainers Devon and Niki are caring and committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. I mostly work with Devon in a core training class and have also done personal training. Devon is professional, knowledgeable and the class he teaches is not boring because he changes the routine up. I have also taken Jenna’s class on a Saturday and she is excellent just like the owners. I would highly recommend you stop in for a class. If you can focus and put the work in you will see results.
