Another doctor gave up on my husband and recommended amputation. Dr. Megara was able to remove the gangrene and save my husband's foot. During the treatment, he took his time and explained to me what needed to be done at home. I love him and highly recommend him to every diabetic who is willing to follow his instructions and who wants to save their feet. God bless you, Dr. Megara!

My journey began in October 2022. Upon my first visit I was in EXTREME pain. It was hard for me to walk and I could not at all stand on my tippy toes, my arches were completely flat and I was in excruciating pain. I met Dr. Megara and he knew exactly what I was experiencing. He listened in intently. I am beyond grateful for his knowledge, hard work, & his listening ears. Dr. Megara listened to what I had to say! Just having a doctor to actually listen and find you a remedy is outstanding! Top tier! I was in level 10 pain or greater at my first visit. Within days of my first visit he reduced my pain levels significantly! I’ve now had corrective surgery and I have nothing but good things to say! Dr. Megara and his staff are heaven sent! Advanced Foot Care Center is the real deal. Clean and high tech facility and knowledgeable, courteous staff. Doctor was patient and explained recommendations and treatment. Definitely will stick with Advanced Foot Care Center for my family’s podiatry needs and would recommend them hands down.

I am so happy I found Dr Joseph Megara and his team at Advanced Foot Care! Not only did he diagnose me in the first 5 minutes of my visits. His extensive knowledge and caring disposition makes me at ease every time . The fabulous staff feel like old friends. I so enjoy each visit!

There has been nothing short of Professionalism at this Dr's office. Every visit has been enlightening and very helpful in my care. Dr Megara and his staff have been Great! I have been in pain for several years and the very 1st visit I had a different feeling. Yes I had seen other Podiatrist, but the care I had in other circumstances pale in comparison to Advance Foot Care Center.
