Went in to get some Christmas presents. Employees were very helpful. Manager saw I was just slightly under getting a discount, he waved the extra bit of money and gave me the discount. So awesome customer service I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a pair of vans.

What an incredible staff! I am blown away with the employees in this store. I was greeted by a polite hello and a warm smile by a darling with teal curls. I found a place in line to initiate my online order exchange. While waiting, a woman (who gave manager vibes) said something tease-y like, oh no you came in with a box?! I explained that I’d like to make an exchange and she signed in relief [as a joke] that I wasn’t just returning. When it was my turn, I worked with Jake, according to my receipt. Also very polite and charming. They got all the boxes of the shoes I couldn’t decide on. While I waited, I heard lots of other friendly customer interactions initiated by employees. It was so refreshing to go out to a store and receive not even “customer service” but friendly conversation! Perhaps I should stop clicking online and head to this mall more often! Thanks everyone who worked around 6p on 12/12!

The staff at this store is exceptional. They are friendly and courteous and go out of there way to help you. I couldn't be more impressed. We were more than happy to drop $276 today! This store and its staff are the model for how all businesses should interact with customers. Thank you VANS Christiania! Keep it up!
