I purchased a cigar store Indian at auction and had it wrapped and shipped from Pompano Beach, FL to Philadelphia. YCR had a few setbacks with scheduling but dispatcher Pat was phenomenal (and probably deserves a raise). Pat found the issue and got GM Chad involved. From there it was smooth sailing. Thanks to the trucker who brought my item up the east coast pretty fast and Mr. Littles who dropped it at my door and the rest of the YRC Team, especially Pat & Chad! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Great experience with very professional staff! Rita behind the desk was a delight to speak too. Joe in the warehouse was helpful and patient as me and berry struggled to load our pickup truck. All in all I can't wait to be back!

Big place! Be prepared to follow signs to find the office. Make sure you follow the arrows on the driveway when you come to pick up your items. It's one way around the building to prevent accidents between truck drivers and pedestrian traffic. One side is in and the other side is out. Office people are nice and the guy that loaded my welder was awesome!
