You can not imagine a better backpack buying experience. The staff will spend as much time as you need sizing, fitting, explaining and offering the best advice and recommendations. Terry was amazing. Really helped me find just the right pack!

This was our first time at REI and I loved it! Their cycling stuff is great and I found THE PERFECT Otter bell for my Electra bike. It literally made my day!! And then I met David at the register and he made it even better. He was so enthusiastic and friendly. He told me about membership and the upcoming members sale and said he has the same otter bell!! It was just so pleasant dealing with him and the girl who helped with the basket although I did not catch her name. Great store and great experience!!

Amazing service from the start whether on the phone with Chris or in-person. I called the Marlton store previous as I live in NJ and they were not helpful at all, so I'm very thankful to have found this store! John was extremely friendly and accommodating while installing my roof rack and cargo box. Totally worth the drive to have this level of service. Thanks John! :)

Great customer service, never had a problem here between shopping and making returns (including making a return for my sister who sent her stuff to the wrong address!). Product prices aren't cheap but good quality and their return policy is great if you ever have problems. Highly recommend the membership even if you don't shop there often. You get a % return every year to spend and have good perks.

While browsing for my wife’s birthday gift, all 30 staff members went out of their way to ask me if I needed assistance. I don’t know if I looked like someone that needed help or if this the level of attention given to all shoppers. The amount of people working this particular shift made me feel pressured to buy something because I realized unless this place sells a canoe an hour they couldn’t afford to pay the 100 people on this shift
