(April 22, 2023, 8:03 pm)Karen in men’s clothing was very nice and helpful. She showed us how to get a discount and signed us up for emails to save more. It’s employees like this who generate repeat customers. So often today your lucky if you can get someone to even acknowledge you.
To have someone so nice help you save money and just generally make you feel welcome is rare. We’ll be going back to this JCPenney because of it. The lady working jewelry was also very nice. -

(August 20, 2022, 3:39 pm)Went school shopping for High School Sophomore and brought nice PUMA sneakers and 2 Logo Tees. Was able to use coupon from email.They were Short on cashiers however Assoc 0462 was very friendly and professional ,moved the line and treated everyone with respect. Everyone waited patiently until it was their turn to check out. Keep up the good work.
