This man is the best in the business. I am 27 recently diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma and undergoing chemotherapy and suffering hair loss. I have never been treated with such dignity and love ❤️❤️! I didn’t love the wig at first and he did everything possible to make me love it, cut and highlighted to make look just like my hair. I finally feel like myself! He is so knowledgeable and kind. Will always and forever be grateful for Salon Bala!

I brought my grandmother here to get a custom hair topper and she was so happy about her entire experience. Tae took such good care of her and listened to what she wanted and worked with her to find the best piece! She left “feeling like a new woman”. Thank you Tae so much for making my grandma happy.

The owner is a remarkably experienced, attentive, and kind person to work with. I have had alopecia for years and when i moved to the Philadelphia area, I was thrilled to find this wig salon. They take very good care of their customers and make them feel valued and comfortable.

Joo Kim is amazing. I've been with her more than 8 years!!! She's pleasant, nice, very experienced and talented. She is most welcoming in her charming salon and gives full consideration to what you want. She is someone who listens carefully.I'm always happy with my haircut after I go to her. If you looking for excellent hair cut, I truly recommended to come to Salon Bala coz you'll be definitely love them.

Finding a good place to care for your hair can be a struggle, even more if you had terrible past experiences like I had. My hair is one the most precious values about myself so if you are looking for a place to care for your hair I highly suggest Salon Bala. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I NEVER been disappointed. Even though they changed their location I’m willing to follow them anywhere they go because I truly enjoy their professional work!
