These people are fantastic. I had a problem caused by a dealer I bought something from that had to do with my tags on the vehicle and Beacon fixed the problem right away
i am a Used Car Dealer and we use Beacon National frequently for our out of state deals. Their quote system is easy and accurate - including county taxes and other odd fees that other states charge (I would have no way to know about such things if not for Beacon). Their staff is friendly, helpful, easy to reach, and knowledgeable. Auto transactions out of state are complicated and problematic, but Beacon National does a great job of coordinating everything between states and making it easy for us to complete sales.
I work for a dealership that's been using Beacon for 2 years now maybe? The only issues we ever have are from us not filling out the quotes correctly or cutting checks for wrong amounts but they help us out with that if we send it to them incorrectly. Overall they're very good and know a lot about the state's paperwork they register cars in and help us out whenever we have questions.
*Also after reading a few of Beacon's reviews on here all of the bad one's are from angry customers. If a customer buys a car at a dealership and the dealership sends in the paperwork to Beacon to process it's the dealerships responsibility to make sure they submit it in a timely manner and to make sure it's correct so Beacon can send it to their DMV. That's not Beacon's fault it's the dealerships fault for sending it in so late. Beacon just sends it to the DMV with the appropriate paperwork. Sorry it took so long for you to get your inspection, lol.
I just called Beacon National Auto Tag and Title, Inc. and spoke with James, they don't take on new customers for the time being but that didn't stop James from giving me helpful information and sending me an e-mail on guiding me on what I can do to get tags, title and fees. He didn't have to do anything. This is what you call a class act and going the extra mile. I will remember you guys in the future for business. Thank you very much.
