As always excellent! Fran is an incredibly gifted stylist and in equal measure, Marielle is an incredibly gifted colorist.. Both are true artists in their chosen specialty. The salon is beautiful and well laid out.. And the staff is genuinely friendly and want to ensure your comfort and help you feel at ease.

Very welcoming salon. Mark was my stylist. He listened to my hair "concerns", reviewed what he was going to do before he started to make sure he understood and I was in agreement. He then gave me a fabulous cut! It was my first time at Noelsy but it won't be my last.
