I am not sure why this place does not have a 5.0 star rating. My wife and I stayed and absolutely loved it.

Not only was the room immaculately clean but the staff goes above and beyond, I don't want to make this too long of a review so I will try to give you the short version.

From the time of check in Taylor and Kristen made us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be coming back. We don't know everyone's names but housekeeping an maintenance also made sure we did not need anything.

Great management I believe his name is Sam. Excellent job guys. Ben@Kathy room 225:)))

We will be referring all our friends.

We we worked with Kevin and we’re so happy we did. He made the whole process feel less stressful than it could’ve been and he was never pushy and always took his time to answer questions/concerns. Love our waypoint cabinets!

I've been here for 4 nights and am very comfortable here. The first room I got was not to my liking so they quickly changed it and the second room is perfect. If you don't like something about your room, definitely give them a chance to address it. Some of the supplies are limited like the cooking utensils, towels, etc but there's always someone at the front desk and they will actually try to get whatever you need. My room is right near the front desk but I hardly hear any noise. The heat works great, the TV and internet work well with my Chromecast, the kitchenette is very convenient, the window opens which is awesome, the bed is cozy and overall the room is everything I need.

I had a great experience in this hotel. The only reason I give them 4/5 stars is because the cleaning protocols need a little improvement. Otherwise, customer service was excellent, they really try to solve any issues with your room, the accommodations are excellent, great price value and most of the time is quiet so you can sleep if you're a night shifter. Highly recommend this hotel.
