Kathy took care of me and had my rings resized in just a few days. I’m so happy with the outcome, you can’t even tell that they were resized. She told me to come back in for a cleaning when I’m in the area.

The only reason I dropped it down a star, is because the store no longer carries canned whipped cream 😒 -

Better to avoid the high overhead jewelry stores in the Mall and deal with a reputable neighborhood dealer, who provides a personalized touch. At Douglas, you get a five star experience at a fair price.
Marble Mall promenades look great, but, this overhead inexorably finds it’s way into the cost of your precious keepsakes! No marble promenades or majestic fountains observed at the Barn Plaza Shopping Center in Doylestown. -

Whether you come here for a new watch, like I just did, or a new watch battery (which I have many times), Doug and his staff always greet you with a smile and provide friendly service. I can't recommend them more!!

(December 30, 2021, 11:23 am)This is a very nice jewelry store. owner operated, very good quality,very good workmanship & craftsmanship. he backs his products, never a problem, GIA certified stones, appraisals if needed and he educate you about every piece of jewelry you're buying or looking to buy. all his work is done quickly and efficiently. he just takes care of his customers which is why he has such a successful repeat business.
