Had the product I wanted in stock and an install date readily available. Installation was on time. Was able to track the installer throughout his day so I didn't have to sit at home wondering when he would be here. Installation was efficient, clean and done right the first time. This is the third appliance I purchased from Gerhard's and each time the experience has gotten better. I strongly recommend them for any purchase.

The team was pleasant, helpful and able to assist me from start to finish. Delivery fee was $100 and included removing my old appliances, and fully hooking up the new ones. They even offer financing through TD Bank, which I didn’t use but I was happy to know it was an option. I would absolutely purchase from them again.

(June 11, 2022, 9:14 am)After having a fridge get delayed for over a year with a wholesale company, I bought a fridge at Lowe’s. I then saw a circular for a Memorial Day sale at Gerhard’s with the exact same looking fridge for about $700 less! I quickly cancelled my Lowe’s fridge and got my new fridge within a week!
The guys who helped at my house couldn’t have been nicer. They were fast, took the old fridge, helped me with turning the water off and on in the basement, and knocked out the job in less than an hour.

(December 30, 2021, 3:12 pm)My wife and I had a good experience shopping at Gerhard's for a microwave oven. The salesperson made a good effort to find us the appropriate oven... including detailed discussions about dimensions. Good price. And they informed us how to properly discard a used microwave. In the past, we have shopped at Lowe's for appliances, but Gerhard's is now a strong contender. I was able to easily install it myself in about 40 minutes. (I did need to use an all-in-one cutter, however).
