Aimee was pleasant to work with. It felt like talking with someone we have met before. Her knowledge was spot on. My boyfriend and I found what we needed in a short period of time and the rest of the time, we were relationship building with Aimee.

Our sales rep, Ryan served my wife and I at two stores, Collegeville and Pottstown.
Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly, very patient
and explained options and pricing thoroughly. Ryan goes the extra mile for service. We closed a sale at good pricing with him on two mattresses, bases and other items. Would highly recommend Mattress Firm and him personally
to meet your mattress needs.

We needed help exchanging a mattress we originally purchased online but were not happy with. Both Ryan and Louann were terrific in helping us figure out a better mattress solution for us and facilitating the exchange. They were so friendly and knowledgeable- only regret is not going into the store and working with them from the start.

What a pleasure it was to have Ryan to work with us today at Mattress Firm!
One week before Christmas and Ryan made this a nice, seamless task!
He had us try atleast four different beds, explained everything we needed to know, arranged delivery for a day convenient for us (this Thursday!) and removal of our old bed!
He had us in and out in less than an hour, and boy did we get a GREAT DEAL! A wonderful experience. Thanks Ryan.

My experience with Mattress Firm was great! The sales person, Aimee, was extremely friendly and helpful! We were able to purchase a mattress on site and take it home with us the same day which was awesome! This is the third mattress we have purchased at this store and we keep going back because of the great customer service!
