Trek's Pottstown store is spacious and well laid out with excellent facilities for selling and servicing bikes. What really makes a bike store great however is the staff. Joe and others I worked with at the store were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help in any way they can. The workmanship on my bikes was perfect. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. Thanks for getting me ready for spring and summer riding!

I purchased my new Marlin 4 here last year and had an awesome experience! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable to help me make the right choice for my riding level and experience. I just recently had a second level service performed on my wife's older 1996 Trek mountain bike and it was great! Nice and cleaned up, brake pads replaced and adjusted, gear shifting is crisp and smooth again! She couldn't be happier! Thank you!!!

This place is awesome, me and my Mom came here to buy a bike. I did research prior to coming there and I knew what I wanted, but the salesman Mark helped me further narrow down to the size I wanted for my bike, he did an excellent job at showing us the inventory and all the accessories. We ordered and headed. Trek has excellent bikes, accessories, and customer service.

Trek bicycle really came through for me. They were able to repair my bent 20x3.0 rim and made my e-bike whole again. The service can only be described as knowledgeable, caring, and quick. Trek Bicycle has earned my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ today. Kudos.

The whole staff was very welcoming and eager to help. I’m very much a newbie to biking and I was shown how to not only remove and put on a wheel but also how to replace a tire. They also went the extra mile in helping me set up my indoor trainer with my bike. Excellent staff and store!
