After having back surgery and constantly fluctuating with my weight I always found it hard to stick with gyms and stay motivated. Faithful Fitness has encouraged me to be healthy and push myself physically. This gym has an amazing fitness community and incredible trainers to help push you, encourage and teach you. This gym has helped strengthen my back and made me feel stronger than ever! If you’re nervous and just starting your fitness journey trust me just try a class at faithful fitness and you’ll love it! Also, if you’ve never tried boxing definitely give it a go! It’s so much fun!!

(September 2, 2022, 12:42 pm)I highly recommend checking out this gym. Bernie has a wealth of knowledge in fitness that he integrates with his boot camp and boxing programs. They can accommodate all starting fitness levels and created and great space and welcoming environment to work out in!
