I absolutely love 9Round! The trainers are great! The owners are great! It’s a quick 30 minute high-intensity interval training workout that’s fun and melts the pounds away! And it’s a different workout every time. The facility is clean and the equipment is always kept in good working order. The best part is there’s no need to schedule a class. Just show up anytime and jump into a trainer-led workout. This makes it very easy to be consistent. You also get access to their online workouts that can be done at home or while traveling. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying something different to get or stay physically fit! Try it-the first workout is free!

9Round is a unique experience that offers results. They offer a free session to see if you enjoy it and then you sign up for a membership. I recommend having a friend join it helps with the cost. Each workout is 30 minutes and every day is different than the last each trainer has been polite and courteous in my journey. I am glad I joined and look forward to growing in my kickboxing training. I like the aspect of the kickboxing as well makes me feel like I am also learning self defense too. Which is always needed. I highly recommend trying 9round if you enjoy kickboxing and want to have a great workout.

This is an A+++ gym - it is a SAFE COVID place to workout as trainers remind people to properly wear their masks (when necessary). The 30 minute workouts are challenging, build muscle and anaerobic capacity. I especially like that the workouts are always changing, include music and fun. Plus, its like you have personal trainer each time I go. Highly recommend!

This 30 min. workout moves fast, different every time, and finds muscles every time that I didn't know I had! After a couple months I've have noticed my strength increase and I feel emotionally better after I do a workout. Great trainers and even though I hadn't ever put on boxing gloves before, helped at my level with some modification moves until stronger. Definitely a great change from my normal gym experience.

You will find 9Round a great workout. The trainers make it fun but you will work. You can do this 30 minute workout and you will love it. Learn new skills, feel great, and enjoy the camaraderie that comes from the trainers and the Pleasant Valley 9Round family. Yes, we all work and support each other.
