Coach Mims and team are the best! We couldn’t be happier with the results. Both of our kids have been clients and we recommend them to everyone we talk to. You won’t have a team that cares about you or your results more than this team!!

My husband and I have been training at IM84(The Training Cave) for 1 year. Coach Mims and Coach Shawn are knowledgeable and true professionals. Personal training, or working out in general, can be challenging, but it is well worth it. They develop a training plan based on your work out experience and fitness journey. They encourage you to perform at your full potential and provide guidance and support along the way. Prior to joining IM84 I was taking 3 different blood pressure medications. After approximately 6 months of training, I am now down to 2 and my end goal is to be off of the medications completely, which I’m sure will be possible if I continue with their training plan and remain consistent with my training. If you are looking for a personal training facility to help achieve your health and fitness goals, I would
100% recommend this facility.

IM#84 is the place to go if you want your youth, high school, college, or pro player to get ready for their season. Football, track, basketball, soccer, it doesn't matter, Irv Mims is the best at what he does! Period!

My son has been working with Coach Mims for about a year now and I have seen a huge improvement in his strength and football on the field. I have also brought our football club to IM#84 for tackling clinics and all of the players and parents loved it.
