Breathing Dragon Yoga

So happy to find this hot yoga studio during my visit. I loved each and every class but the most I enjoyed was Laiko class. She’s an incredibly sweet lady and teaches the vinyasa style which I love 💕 And she took this awesome pic 🤭

Mori's very helpful at getting you stronger and bettering technique.... Jeris has really great knowledge of the human scuplt.....James is very knowledgable... i do love all their unique approaches on the practice...

Mori provides such a warm and welcoming environment.

She’s very knowledgeable towards training, sculpting my workout to better my herniated disc in my lower back, all while being mindful of my experience level (or lack there of) to where I can workout at a pace that I am comfortable with.

All the same can be said about her staff as well.

Of the few different Bikram style studios I have tried, Breathing Dragon Yoga is by far my favorite. I have been a student here for over 2 years and since day 1 I have felt welcome and accepted by all of the instructors as well as other students. There are people of all ages and all body types in class and no one is ever favored or made to feel uncomfortable by an instructor. You are greeted by name every time you enter or leave the studio and the instructors all do a great job at offering personal corrections to each student during class, but never so much so that you feel picked on. All instructors walk the line perfectly between pushing you to do your best and letting you take care of your body that day in whatever way feels right for you. Each class offers a workout for your body as well as clarity for your mind. I am so thankful for this studio, especially during the last year!

I've been practicing Bikram-style yoga for over 4 years now. I came to Mori's studio just over a year ago. Her teaching style and dedication to her students is unparalleled and both studios are a testament to her calling as a gifted yogi.

The heat took some getting used to (even though I was no stranger to Bikram) but I'm so glad I decided to stick it out. There is no other studio or style of yoga that I've tried that is more therapeutic than Breathing Dragon (Mori's classes in particular).

As someone who suffers from chronic pain due to an autoimmune disorder, hot yoga at Breathing Dragon is the ONLY thing that helps me function.

Beyond the yoga and heat, I find Mori and her staff to be delightful and caring. They are incredible people and I'm honored to be a part of the Breathing Dragon community.
