I have had a nagging injury for months thinking that it was my knee that was the issue, but I decided to go to Cadence and see Megan to get a better understanding of what was going on. Megan is very knowledgeable and thorough with her methods of diagnosis and treatment. It turns out something else was causing my pain and instability. I will continue to do the exercises that she has provided me and see her for treatment until I am fully recovered. For anyone that that is suffering from an injury sports or non-sports related I would highly recommend seeing Megan at Cadence PT.

Cadence is a place you go for a deep understanding of movement and your body’s mechanics. Megan is wealth of knowledge and provides personalized tools and tips for life-long healing.

I trained muscles I didn’t even know I had!! Can’t wait to be a master toe yogi.

It was amazing being treated by a fellow track athlete. Megan helped explain why I might be having certain problems and prescribed a plan to correct the issues. As an athlete, it was refreshing to receive feedback that wasn't "rest and avoid that motion/movement." She helped explain exactly what we were doing to target the problems and how I could get back to competition. Looking forward to going back and getting back to competition!
