Very accommodating and friendly staff! Dr. Gina was great getting through the eye exam and explaining what each test was measuring. Very friendly and personable as well. After my exam, I needed to pick out frames for the first time and Maria was extremely helpful in picking styles that complimented my face/head size. Highly recommend!
Maria deserves my highest rating. I came to her at 10 am asking for new glasses ASAP for my daughter's brother-in-law, who is dying of cancer in a Baltimore hospital. He suddenly broke his glasses and asked for a replacement pair. I only had his Rx and photo and size of his glasses. Maria was extremely helpful, found a perfect frame, had 1 lens of the Rx, then sent me to the Springfield location to get the other lens and have them edged to fit the frame. (This wasn't far out of the way for me.) As soon as I drove to the Springfield store, the optician graciously took the frame and lens, and 20 minutes later I had the finished glasses. I couldn't have asked for better service. That afternoon my daughter and her husband drove to Baltimore, delivered the glasses to his brother, and he was delighted. Thank you!
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Had a good choice of frames to pick from and the dr. was very knowledgeable and informative with my eye exam.
Second time here place is awesome make you feel comfortable from the front desk to the doctor, weather it's the daughter doctor or the father doctor
Office staff got me an appointment quickly, which wasn’t important because I had an infection. Dr. Gina was awesome explained everything that was going on what she was doing what prescriptions I was getting and set up a date to see her again in two days very pleased with the office and the doctor.
