They put a lot of work into it and kept me updated on all the developments and adjusted the price depending on what I actually needed. Would recommend.

He ordered the part I needed right away and even stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. It was a screen repair and it took less than 30 minutes!! My computer is as good as new!! If I could give it 10 stars I would.

(July 29, 2018, 9:23 pm)I have used Mike for many of my computer needs. He is always so great and knows exactly what is needed. I brought in a Lenovo computer that was having an issue (the screen was glitching). He suggested to me that instead of replacing the part that needed replaced, to save money you could simply turn off the autorotate feature on the touch screen, which I didn't use anyway. Much more affordable fix, and it worked! Great customer service. I like a place who is honest with me and values me as a customer (and doesn't just try get my money), and that's exactly what I found here. Will definitely come here again.
