Refresh Med Spa is a fantastic place with wonderful customer service! They really go above and beyond to inform you of everything and make sure you are comfortable. Greg is extremely knowledgeable and also follows up to make sure you are satisfied with your results. I got lip fillers here and will definitely be returning when I need more!

I just want to start off by saying the service here is phenomenal. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They all make you feel comfortable and they cater to what your needs are. I’ve done the Microneedling for the second time now and I have to say Kristina is so sweet and she walks you through the whole process. My skins has been feeling and looking so much better. I’ve also had some other services done from Mikayla. Both made me feel and look rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend Refresh Med Spa. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent service, beautiful spa! From consult with Greg (Physician Assistant/Manager) to the microneedling I ultimately decided on, Kristy was the aesthetician and was amazing - went through everything with me before hand, including costs. My skin was quite red for about 24 hours, which then subsided to reveal really smooth skin / they told me it will likely take 3 visits for final results, next visit is this weekend. I had to reschedule my visit for personal reasons twice, and they were VERY accommodating and kind. Highly recommend and will definitely do other services - these folks care about their clients. It’s refreshing!!

Kristina has been my esthetician 2 years now and she is the absolute best!! She recommended the hydrafacial for my dry skin, although I was a bit nervous trying something new I fully trusted her. She talked me through the entire process and the results were incredible!

So excited Refresh MedSpa opened in this area since there are not many MedSpas around!! The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable and the ambiance of the MedSpa was calming and inviting. The first time I went, I had a HydraFacial done with Kristina (aesthetician) and it was so relaxing! Kristina explained each step of the process and made the experience awesome! I came back a second time and got microneedling and dermaplaning done. I was nervous about the potential pain but Kristina was reassuring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I appreciate Refresh MedSpa's customer service and their knowledge on their treatments and products. I loved the treatments I received, my skin had amazing results, the staff was super kind, and I simply can't wait to come back!! Thank you Refresh!
