Everyone at Polestar Princeton made this the easiest car buying experience of my life. Giovanni walked me through the whole ordering process. Claire helped with scheduling my pickup, and Luiz was awesome with introducing me to the car when I picked it up. They were all extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicles, and all the tax incentives I was eligible for. I get complements on the car daily, and I always tell them to go see Giovanni at Polestar of Princeton!

Wonderful new facility which may have some minor wayfinding issues. However, it is great once you arrive inside. The whole facility is well designed and thought out as you come to expect from Volvo/Polestar. Even the cabinets have some fun engineering to them which definitely adds to the experience.

I started looking into a polestar back almost exactly a year ago in February 2022. At the time all went well and I was just as excited as I am today; however, we were working out the trade in decision as at the time I was unsure how i'd like to proceed.

Fast forward a year later, Karim Moharam, reached out to me just to check if I was still interested. Funnily enough, Karim was also my original representative a year ago. Crazy how that worked out. I agreed to come back out and do another test drive, run through existing inventory and crunch some numbers again. Ultimately we decided to move forward with a new lease and I agreed to the trade in. Sad to see my old car go but i'm happy to join the team.

Throughout the process we hit a few roadbumps but through every step of the way, the polestar team backed me up like i was one of their own even before we finalized anything in stone. These guys went above and beyond which is not common unfortunately in this industry. A bit of understanding and cooperation goes a long way and that is important for not just a dealership (which they are not) but any business in general.

Kudos to Karim, Claire, Haley and Angel of Volvo princeton for making this a great experience; Even with our troubles, the team never stopped helping. I'm happy to be a part of the Polestar Family and look forward to many more years of success to you guys. Keep up the good work.

We stopped in to test drive a Polestar 2. The showroom is elegant and tech-forward. We worked with Haley who gave us all the information we needed. They j.g as a car available in the configuration we wanted. Wow! What a fun and comfortable car to drive. In the end, Haley had a slightly used Polestar 2 configured how we wanted, so purchased it. Love our Polestar 2 and appreciate the level of service at Polestar Princeton!

Picked up my Polestar 2 a few days ago and I just love it. It’s a beautiful, well-built car with the latest technology and multiple safety features. Very impressive.
