Ramsay's was very proficient, I'm from syracuse ny and working nights so he got me in as soon as they opened and I used their shuttle service to get me back to my hotel and I was back on the road for a very reasonable amount by 10am with more than enough time for sleep. I’ve brought both of my vehicles to Ramsey’s for the past 3+ years and counting. The team is personable and the service is professional. My recent example as of March 2023… My SUV’s battery expired and I needed a jump from my garage. The Ramsay’s team came to my home (I’m local) and jumped my vehicle which then started instantly. I asked one of the servicemen to take the vehicle to the shop for further inspection. After thoroughly checking my vehicle at their shop, they gave me a call and I paid for the service — Great experience and reasonable pricing. I bring my vehicles to Ramsey’s annually and when needed.
