    Really. Nice guys work loop. The counter needed a part and it came quick before the rain solved my probomb before another one could happen. Really? Happy. How helpful these guys? Were.

    Had the best experience today! My mechanic greeted me as I walked in the door and remembered that I had called hours ago. ( He had been great on the phone too while the other places I called were not helpful at all). He was knowledgeable and helpful in finding just what I needed and quickly had my new battery and wipers installed in my car! Give him a raise!

    I recently listed my home with Del Val. Alex Dusewicz was my realtor. Alex priced my property appropriately for the market and ensured that the sale was executed smoothly. A few complications came up along the way, but Alex resolved them seamlessly with his expertise and professionalism. I really appreciated the honesty and communication throughout the process. Alex went above and beyond and I will be sure to refer my friends and family to him for their real estate needs.

    Del Val has provided management services to our HOA for 3 years. We initially made the switch as they were more cost competitive. However we have found their attention and services to be superior to our previous management company. We have interacted with their senior management several times as they helped us work through sticky problems. They were fully engaged and highly insightful.
    Del Val has a list of proven vendors, from insurance carriers, to storm water pond care and legal specialties. Again we saved money and got better service.
    The face of the relationship is the community rep and we are extremely pleased with ours: Alex Dusewicz. Alex is available, proactive and responsive. He gives us ideas on what other HOA's have done. I have never heard him say he can't do something we need when we need it.
    All in all, we are very pleased with Del Val and Alex.

    Such informative customer service. I tried going elsewhere for convenience & I came right back to here. The staff really makes this a 5 star!!

    Our guide Mark was a really sympathetic and helpful, knowledgeable person. The best realtor I've ever seen in my life.

    The house shown was also a very clean and tidy house. It's a beautiful site. I am very pleased. I would recommend it to everyone.
