(December 13, 2022, 8:48 pm)My car wouldn't start in the Wegman's parking lot around the corner from Great Valley Automotive. Someone tried to give me a jump, but it didn't work, and my roadside assistance estimated 1.5 hours for someone to get to me.
I called Great Valley Automotive at 4:30 PM, which was close to their closing time. They drove over to the parking lot right away and were able to start my car with their jump kit. I followed them back to the garage, where they changed my battery in less than 10 minutes and charged me a completely reasonable rate for the new battery + alternator check + labor . They didn't charge me for coming to my rescue in the parking lot either, and I was on my way home by 5:15 PM.
Like another review said, the office/garage reside in fairly modest digs, but I'll be happy to use their garage again for future service. -

A few other places said they couldn't, but John was kind enough to help so I wasn't stranded. They were so friendly, fast, and affordable. Thank you all so much, I will recommend this place to everyone I know who lives in the area!
