My husband and I recently visited Bassett Furniture to order furniture for the living space in our home. We worked with Manish, who was AMAZING and helped us pick out pieces to design our entire living space. His expert opinion was extremely helpful and appreciated, and we were thankful to have someone to guide us through the entire process of choosing customizable pieces and fabrics and pairing everything together for one cohesive space. We had a lot of fun and were beyond relieved to have some guidance. Overall terrific experience!

We had such a wonderful experience with designer Michelle Greder and Bassett Lawrenceville! We needed living room furniture for a newly-finished basement space and decided to check out Bassett, having never shopped there before. We met Michelle who was extremely knowledgable, personable and patient. She showed us beautiful options and gave great recommendations for our space, sight unseen. Delivery took 11 weeks, pretty reasonable in the current state of supply delays. By comparison, we ordered furniture from another store a month earlier and it took 5 months to deliver. Unfortunately, upon delivery, we realized the largest piece of our sectional couldn't make the tight turn into our stairway - completely our fault. Michelle and her manager immediately tackled the problem, helping us chose another sectional and even working with us on pricing since it was more than the original. On top of that, she was able to rush the production of the new sectional and followed up with us to make sure the second delivery went smoothly. Bottom line: Michelle and Bassett were a pleasure to work with, and I don't think we could have done any better if we had hired a designer.

Five Stars is not enough!!! Shari Guerrazzi was absolutely fantastic!! I wandered into the Bassett showroom completely randomly as I was in the area to go to another furniture store which I will not name. Shari could not have been more helpful or fun to work with. The furniture was lovely and I found a sofa and chair set which were exactly what I was looking for. The pricing was extremely reasonable for fabric and finishing. I found out that the pieces are all made in the US so the delivery time was much better than some other companies. Fast forward to the 1st delivery...I mis-measured my entry and we could not get the couch into our home! Shari took it all in stride, we figured out another option of a 3 piece modular couch and it was just delivered this past week! We love it! The gentlemen delivering were fantastic and thorough. I work in real estate and will definitely be recommending Shari and Bassett to my clients! Thank you Shari!!

We had waited years to redo our family room - and had put it off for some time because I find shopping for furniture and making selections very overwhelming. We visited Bassett and were greeted by Shari G who was very pleasant and gave us a quick rundown of the store and encouraged us to look around, sit on furniture, get comfortable and above all made us feel no pressure at all. She checked in on us and answered many questions and was able to walk us through what the process would be soup to nuts if we purchased through their store. She even offered to come to our house to get a sense of how the furniture could be arranged and how it would look against the adjoining colors/kitchen area. We opted to make an appointment to come back when I could bring her room measurements and really spend time having her help us with colors, fabric, cushion types, etc. Shari’s design sense was a blessing pulling my vision together. She turned what could have been an overwhelming process into something that was actually enjoyable and exciting!! We purchased a sectional, ottoman, recliner and area rug. Given it was being custom made we were very aware delivery would be long - about 4-5 months, which was exactly as we were quoted. Delivery went smoothly. I could not be happier with how it all came together!!!

I recently visited the Bassett store in Princeton NJ looking to redo my bedroom and possibly my living room. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a very pleasant and personable young woman named Michelle. I explained what I wanted to do, although I was open to any suggestions, as I wasn't sure what colors I wanted this time around and the type of furniture I wanted. Michelle took me around the store first asking me questions so she could hone in on my style and colors. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the furniture pieces and actually everything sold in their store. She was patient with me, as I said I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. She took her time with me and answered a plethora of questions. Boy, does she know her product! I felt very comfortable with her and never once did she pressure me to make a decision. Honestly, she gave the best customer service in a store that I've ever had. I've already told a few friends in need of home furnishings to ask for Michelle. Thanks Michelle, for all your help. You are a fantastic designer and Bassett is blessed to have you as an employee.
