Straightforward, honest, and quick service. My experience went as follows, made an appointment over the phone, dropped the car off to be diagnosed, received a call the same day explaining the issue and how much / long the repairs would take, and finally had the car in working order the very next day. From drop off to drive off 24 hrs for a suspension repair. No complaints.

If you are looking for a garage that you can feel like you are a part of the family, this is the place. I discovered Keller's about 2 years ago late in the day on a Saturday for a lawn tractor tire repair. To my suprise they answered the phone and had me bring the tire for repair. The repair was done while I waited and I have not left since. Bill is a great mechanic and now services all of my vehicles. There is no reason to look anywhere else for a honest quality repair. I have seen the difference in how the products they use prolong the life of a vehicle down to a basic oil change.

They were able to repair my exhaust system for me without having to replace the whole thing. None of the other shops in the area would even attempt the repair, they just wanted to replace the entire thing.

This place is a hidden gem. I've always did my own mechanical repairs. My own family and children are ASE certified technicians and are employed by high end automotive performance and design trouble shoot facilities. But, due to my age, when I needed a repair on my truck and my own ASE family was too busy, I knew it was time to call in for help and replacement. I called numerous facilities and was even willing to travel 1 hour to find the right place. So I interviewed. When I spoke to Lenny I knew he was the one. Lenny and his entire business staff, in my 60+ years of automotive and mechanical experience, is a place that does not exist; anymore. It is a TRUE automotive service repair facility. They have the technology, equipment and mind set that does not exist anymore. Their moto of we do it right the first time stands true. They have a quick turn around time and are beyond reason accomodating and it is because of expert technicians and not a "in and out" good enough repair facility. It shows their years of love of cars, trucks and anything mechanical that makes them experts you need. They also have the tenacity and "no give up mind set" that is rare. Well after my experience here I'm hanging up my rachet and retiring from doing my own repairs (plus no more begging family and kids for help).
