Jim from Premier Fire & Security LLC was fantastic from start to finish. He saw my vision for how I wanted my TV recessed in my basement with in wall speakers that he suggested and was kind enough to give me a visual before starting the job. He responded to all my E-mails and questions very promptly with no judgment. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs Great professional work done in their home or business. Looking forward to my next project with him.

It had recently become necessary to install a security system on our property. When we began our search for a company that provides that service, we looked for certain characteristics in those we contacted. Important to us in making our decision was the integrity, expertise, professionalism, reliability and honesty of the owner and staff. We found all these characteristics in the person of Jim DeMaio, owner of Premier Fire & Security Systems, LLC in Laurel Springs, NJ.
Jim listened as we explained our situation. Because of his extensive knowledge and experience, he knew the system that would best address our needs. We showed Jim the areas that were impacted and he knew precisely where to place the cameras for an extensive coverage of our property. His knowledge of the various cameras and operating systems, both hardware and software, is extensive.
Within a few days, Jim had everything ready and scheduled the job. The installation was seamless and completed in one day. He worked efficiently, neatly and was extremely pleasant throughout. And, as an added bonus, he cleaned up and put everything back in place when finished. When the install was completed, Jim took the time to explain how to operate the new equipment. He patiently answered all of our questions and promptly responded to all our communications in the days following.
Jim DeMaio is a rare commodity in today’s business climate. If you are in need of a security system on a small or large scale, this is the company and person you will want to hire. He proved himself to be a real “rockstar” in the fire & security systems industry.
