    Bob took the time to go over all my concerns about my violin I haven't played for years. We decided on doing minimum changes on the bridge and strings. It made such a difference! It sounds vibrant and lively. He was understanding and patient

    Rob is a great friend to our shop, and does a lot of work on my personal instruments as well as many of our shop instruments. We've sent plenty of customers his way for setups and repairs, and we always get a glowing review back from them. He's a super nice guy and he won't rip you off or do unnecessary work. I'm always happy to refer people to him for their stringed instrument repairs!

    1st rate service by good folks. I knew when I walked in that the experience would be to my satisfaction. Was made to feel at home immediately and the quality of repair was amazing. Thank you and we will certainly recommend to all.

    Rob is extremely helpful and easy to work with. His repair and set up of my bass we're excellent and the whole experience if dreaming with him was very positive.

    Someone at Old Towne Music referred me to Bob, I called him and explained what was going on, the shop was technically closed but he said its a quick fix and waited for me to get to him. Super genuine and friendly guy, we talked for about 20 min while he did his magic, felt like I was just talking to a friend. I have no knowledge of violins as I was getting one repaired for someone but he even taught me a few things. You can really tell he has a passion for what he does and it definitely represents the family business well.
