Piazza Mazda of West Chester

I bought a car from this dealership on Saturday 2/25/23 and I had a great experience from start to finish. I inquired about a vehicle on their website on the Thursday before and Kevin Chan responded to my email letting me know the car was no longer available,but gave me alternatives. He helped me locate the car of my dreams and promptly set up an appointment with me for Saturday first thing. Kevin was wonderful. He was funny,knew a lot of about the vehicle and Mazda in general and most importantly he made me feel so comfortable. Buying a car can be very stressful but Kevin made it a easy and fun! He talked to my boyfriend and I for a long time and we both left there feeling great about my decision to purchase a CX-30 from this dealership. My boyfriend is now thinking about buying and we will definitely return to buy from Kevin in the future. Kevin also helped me set up my car and told me to text him if I ever have any questions. Not many car sales people are this personal but Kevin was amazing ! If you ever get the chance to work with this gentleman,please do he's great!

Service experience: took me in immediately, wonderfully friendly staff, sends you a cool vid of your car and what's going on, explains everything, beautiful facility. Highly recommend!

I bought a certified CX-30 from Piazza Mazda a few weeks ago. Overall the experience was professional and efficient. The salesman, Winston Wynter, knew his product and was low pressure. When we made the final decision, Winston helped out by cleaning my iPhone port--and allowing the Apple CarPlay to work. The final purchase was fairly quick. Today the dealership followed through on a promised wheel rash repair: easy and great communication by Nick the used car manager. This is the fourth Mazda I have owned, and yes, I am a fan. Five stars. Great dealership. I love my red AWD, turbo CX-30.

A pleasant car buying experience for a change! John Pinkerton was very easy to work with, a trustworthy car salesman. I would definitely recommend John to my family and friends! John went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered and spent a good deal of making us familiar with the new car, even syncing our phones, garage door opener, and entering our home address into the navigation. I am really happy about the buying experience I had there and how much my wife loves her new car! Even David the business manager was great and beat my banks finance rate.
