Never owned a Mazda until fairly recently. I have been very pleased with my vehicle and the customer service from Piazza. The staff are very professional, and you are kept well-informed of every detail during the maintenance process. My car purchasing experience was also very good, feeling like I got the vehicle I wanted without a lot of hassle or an unfair price.

I was pleasantly surprised of the great professionalism and service that I received my first visit, bringing my 2006 Acura here where it was serviced before I even owned it...I usually take my vehicles to Scott Honda...the people are very trained and knowledgeable. The only down fall I didn't appreciate, I was given a dirty 2021 Acura SUV inside and out. Was so happy to get my car back and running, everything taken care of. Thank you!!!

I bought my car 5 months ago. This was my first oil change at the dealer Piazza Mazda. It was actually a nice experience . The service desk people were pleasant and professional especially Jason. They do a video of your car and the under Carriage showing your brakes, tires, oil leaving the car. Kind of like nanny cam for your car. They Send it to you while in the waiting room. That was something new.

Top notch customer service. They NEVER disappoint. I have plenty of locations I can take my vehicles, but I choose to drive over 40 miles to make sure it done right. Keep up the good work!
