I absolutely love this place. I have been to Fort Washington, Cherry Hill and Devon locations and although I never had a poor experience and any location, the experience at Wilmington is always top tier. I came in on a Saturday and had to bring my toddler. She was fed and accommodated by all the staff! The service is always professional and I love that year after year I generally deal with the same people! Thank you Mercedes Benz of Wilmington for keeping me a customer!!!

Treated like a priority client, absolutely loved the service. I was able to call the morning if and schedule a test drive. On arrival, my vehicle was already parked and ready to drive. Eric was an amazing help. He was very patient and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability and gave honest opinion. He helped me through the paperwork and was overall a pleasure to work with. Mark, too, was a pleasure working with as this was my first time purchasing a car. He made me feel comfortable in my choice and gave the best advice. I highly recommend this dealership when looking at purchasing a car!

I have never written a review for anywhere before, but I feel entitled to after my visit to Mercedes Benz of Wilmington. They were very professional, communicative, and customer friendly in every way. They offered me a shuttle back and paid for my lyft on my way to pick the car up. I have never felt like a service rep wanted me to get out with the most benefits for the lowest price before. I always felt like they were trying to rip me off. But Mr. Jason was very helpful and he applied a discount coupon that I had no idea existed, without me even knowing! This is how a business earns life long customers! Definitely recommend!!!!

Tried to replace tires 2 weeks ago, and found that the car I purchased here in 2020 was not supplied with key for the wheel locks. Service technician explained that key probably wasn't provided because car had run flats, so if I had a flat, I should drive to a Mercedes dealer to get tires replaced. Was not happy with this initial response as I incurred costs to remove the tires, and indicated so in my original review. The Manager contacted me on the weekend within 24 hrs of the initial posting, and requested I come into the dealership to be provided with a wheel lock key and receive reimbursement for any costs incurred while replacing the tires. I greatly appreciate the responsiveness to the issue, as well as the final resolution.

I would love to give these guys 2 snaps up & a Z-formation to go with the 5 stars!! Our car buying experience with Vic and Geoff was amazingly smooth. Initially, we were just browsing online for a nice, reliable, and safe used car for our granddaughter. So glad we checked out Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington. We got the deal of the day!! We left out of there on cloud #9! The process was quick, efficient, and no pressure. Customer service was A+ from the initial contact by phone, to the reception & greeting at the door, to the sit-down, signing of the paperwork, & driving off the lot. We felt valued, and most of all, we felt confident that we made the right choice for our granddaughter. They gave us gifts of our choosing, a firm hand-shake & a big red bow to place on the hood. We surprised her with the keys today. OMGEE thank you so much. We will definitely be returning customers!!
