    We had our Employee Appreciation day this week at work. I worked with Jenny to set up chair massages at our company. They were top-notch. We had Jenny, Richard and Katelyn as our therapists. Everyone at our company loved their massages. And we will definitely be using this group again A +. Jenny, thank you for your help with the scheduling, everything ran so smoothly.     Loved my massage with Jenny! Perfect amount of pressure and focus on the fascia and neck/shoulder area. I also loved the heated table.

    I am 54 with arthritis in my spine upper and lower. I have carpel tunnel in both hands, pinch nerve in shoulder and neck. Getting out of bed in the morning is a nightmare, as well as just getting up off the couch. The pain was unbearable. It was so bad that I found Optimal Massage and met Kate. All I can say is, I learned so much from her about trigger points. I am being so honest when I tell you that my neck, lower back and hands are not painful after my session with Kate. I am a little freaked out that it worked so well. I wish I knew sooner. Thank you so much for your help and to Kate for listening to exactly what I needed. I will surely return!!!!!

    I had the best massage there. Really helped my neck pain and chronic lower back pain. Such a great energy environment is so welcoming as well as everyone who works there. Thank you Jenny! I will definitely be back.

    I visited them for my prenatal massage for almost 3 months. Katelyn and Kate both are great, but I personally liked Katelyn more. Front desk is nice and friendly, the place is clean. They have proper pillows for pregnant ladies. I snored during all of my 60 minute sessions and was extremely relaxed at the end. This place is worth every penny.
