I signed up for legion in January, I'm 2 days away from completing my challenge, and I could not be happier with the results. My goal was to loose 20lbs in 6 weeks. Although working out and loosing weight has a lot to do with willpower and a specific mindset, I give a lot of credit to legion for helping me form the habits that make it possible for me to make it to the finish line.
The trainers at Legion West Chester make their mission clear; to help create new, healthy habits with a regular routine of exercise and healthy eating. I was skeptical when sighing up because I expected this gym to be like every other fitness program that plagues my Instagram feed with empty promises and dramatic ads, however this was far from the case. Legion kept their promise and made it possible for me to reach my goal and it shows that they are serious about replacing unhealthy habits with new good ones that will last way longer than the duration of the challenge.
If you’re trying to get into shape or shave a some pounds rather quickly, I absolutely suggest giving Legion the time of day. Their workouts are simple, high intensity and routine so you know what to expect.The trainers all do an amazing job with demonstrating each workout before we start and they walk around motivating us to the end, making sure that our form is right and we’re doing the exercise correctly and to our best ability. This was very important to me because I have limited experience in the gym before legion, and this is nothing like walking into an intimidating weight room with no clue what to do and where to start.
ALSO, the facility is always clean, and their wide variety of equipment is in excellent condition.
This program is great for anyone trying to get their fitness in check but could use guidance and inspiration, I highly recommend, 13/10.

I did the six week challenge to push myself in order to achieve the fitness goal I have been longing for. The coaches are really professional providing great nutrition guidelines and the 5 days per week workout really holds me accountable for progress. I’m happy with my results and the fact that I got a leaner body. It’s really a transformative experience!

I signed up for Legion's Six Week Challenge to give me the motivation to get back to working out on a consistent basis and the program and coaches surpassed all of my expectations. Consistently challenging workouts and a diet plan that was clear and easy to implement led to a 24 lb weight loss in 6 weeks! Most importantly, the program provided a lifestyle change, not a trendy fad. Working out is again a regular part of my daily life. Thanks to Dianna, Andrew, Rai, and the rest of the coaches!

I’ve been a member for 4 years! It’s the first Gym that I stuck with. I lost 30 lbs in the first 3 month and I have been getting fitter since then. The coaches care about you and give you nutrition advice to make sure you reach your goals. A big bonus is the FitFamily I gained there. Literally everyone is extremely supportive and encouraging. There also regular events inside and outside the gym. It’s really the best gym ever!

I gained a decent amount of weight when i started dating my current boyfriend. Our couple activities consisted of eatting and drinking. I stopped going to the gym so the weight quickly piled on. I tried every diet/work out plan that you can think of to try to get my health back on track - isagenix, 21 day fix, Atkins, etc. Even though I am not one to give up, I never followed through. I'm sure those programs work for other people, but for me, they were a waste of money. The Legion's program has changed my life for the better. I have lost over 20 pounds and cannot wait to become a member! The program is challenging, but worth it. Going to the gym everyday and having the coaches dictate your workouts keep you going. The coaches are motivating and helpful. They keep you accountable and will even give you bigger weights in the middle of a workout if they think you're not challenging yourself. Do yourself a favor and do the 6 week challenge. You won't regret it!
