(February 23, 2023, 4:31 pm)I am thrilled to share my experience as a member of ACAC Fitness and Wellness Center, specifically with their yoga program. It has been over a year since I started practicing yoga, and I cannot imagine my life without it.
The yoga instructors at ACAC are simply amazing. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and patient. They create a welcoming environment that allows me to connect with my body and mind on a deeper level. I leave each class feeling refreshed, energized, and calm.
Moreover, ACAC Fitness and Wellness Center provides top-notch facilities, equipment, and amenities. The yoga studios are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The locker rooms are modern and fully equipped with everything I need to freshen up after a class.
Overall, I am incredibly grateful to be a member of ACAC Fitness and Wellness Center. Their yoga program has transformed my life, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and supportive space to deepen their yoga practice. Thank you, ACAC! -

(January 9, 2023, 9:29 am)Best investment ever! Like some other reviewers said, this club is more than just a place to exercise, it's a whole experience! It's clean, spacious, and even on a busy day (think New Year's resolutions crowd) you can find room to exercise. I mostly go to swim and, even with the many group classes and swim team practices, the schedule is managed well and the staff always try to accommodate lap swimmers. My daughter is on the swim team and loves her coaches. The club staff are always friendly and professional and the cafe food is fresh. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to build some kind of online community space like a Facebook group or a forum where members can interact with one another, support each other and find exercise buddies.

Sign up with personal training with Jason Sanchez! He stresses technique and fundamentals guaranteeing results, over the gimmicky workout nonsense. *bonus* he’s a great boxing coach!! Definitely sign up for some sessions! He keeps it fun!
Adriana C’s yoga is a rare gem. Take her class for authentic style with attention to detail. -

(September 30, 2021, 7:01 am)This gym was very quiet on a Sunday morning. I had plenty of room around me to breathe with ease. The staff greeted me when entering and offered me a clean towel to use during my workout. They also acknowledged me when leaving. Even though this is not my home gym I felt very comfortable!

(September 12, 2018, 6:33 pm)Absolutely amazing fitness and wellness center. They have everything you could want, including hundreds of classes, a separate mind/body studio, 4 pools, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, cafe, and spa! Very clean facility and the staff are all very friendly and helpful!
