Main Line Sound & Video

I have a high frequency hearing loss. We tried a great speaker surround system and now I can hear TV so much better. I also purchased a 48" LG TV. Combination of speakers an TV was amazing. They worked with me and I couldn't be more pleased. TV was same price as Best Buy.

He set us up with an amazing system throughout the house and in 'planters' outside- I appreciated Bill and Joe hooking up our equipment and Justin for answering my questions. My experience with Main Line Sound and Video has been terrific. We moved into our current home early this year and had several audio/video firms visit the house to provide thoughts on upgrading our existing whole house audio system and integrating a new TV. Justin’s guidance and perspective was head and shoulders above the rest. He listened to our needs and helped me think through the best design through several iterations over a number of weeks. He was sensitive to our budget, always presenting several options with different price points, and he was clear on pros and cons of each option. I was very pleased he steered me to a whole house solution that leveraged much of the existing sound system, adding only components necessary to enable streaming of music. This approach was cost-effective and works great! When we finalized the design, Justin visited the house a second time to ensure we were aligned and coordinated, and to plan the installation. The installation was very smooth and professional. We had a few small start-up issues, and Justin was fast and efficient to address. Everything looks and works exactly as envisioned. I have reached out to Justin with questions a few times in the months since, and he is always fast to respond and helpful. Once again, I recommend Main Line Sound and Video with complete enthusiasm. They are knowledgeable, professional, and customer focused.

Justin introduced himself and ask how he could help me. As we sat down, he pulled out his book and took notes. We discussed my budget and needs. He was very knowledgeable and displayed outstanding customer service. We finalized the system and moved forward. As questions arose before installation, they were answered quickly. The owner, Pete was very informative and quick to answer questions as well. And last but not least, Kyle the installation pro was also outstanding. He did a great job with the wire management. The spaghetti of wires I had before was cleaned up. He set the system up the way I wanted. They were very clean. Finally, Kyle answered all questions. He made sure my wife and I were completely comfortable with operating the system. To sum it up, Main Line Sound and Video completely exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend them.
