I had the great opportunity to work with Dave and learn from him for a few years. He is a world class coach who is constantly learning to improve his craft. Dave is a wonderful resource for anyone looking for quality training!

I have been training with Dave in the hockey offseason for almost 10 years now. Dave’s training knowledge helped me develop into a D1 and then professional hockey player. Year after year Dave finds a way to keep things fresh in the gym with new programs that use new information in the ever-evolving physioscience landscape. Dave does not train you to improve your numbers in the gym, he trains you to maximize your athletic potential. I would reccomend Dave to any serious young athlete looking to gain an edge in their sport!

Dave has tons of knowledge and experience training both athletes and fitness enthusiasts. During my baseball career, Dave designed programs specifically tailored to my needs. I attribute a lot of my success to Dave for keeping me injury free and consistently feeling good each time on the mound. After retiring, Dave designs programs that fit best with my busy schedule and provides nutritional support along the way.

I’ve been training with Dave since February 2017 when I began to rehab my hip after surgery. My goal was to be able to run again. Dave took me further than I ever thought possible. Not only have I become stronger, but I have also increased my speed through strength training. He always considers my personal goals when planning my workouts and is easily able to explain his rationale behind every single exercise on my plan. I am so grateful for all the hard work he has done for me so that I can continue to do what I love.
