Joe has introduced a number of different exercises and techniques and is constantly searching for new ideas to incorporate. I couldn't be more pleased with the results to date and going forward. Joe has made a believer out of me and I would refer him to anyone seeking training for general fitness or more specific objectives/goals, i.e. golf.
