Vision + Fitness is by and far one of the best places one can workout. While the studio, music, atmosphere and workouts themselves are all top notch, what makes it stand out above any other are the people that work there. Charles is a one-of-a-kind leader who is thoughtful, generous, motivating and inspiring. You can tell that he places a huge emphasis on his team, because the same can be said for all of his coaches.

Through their guidance and leadership, I have pushed myself to run on a treadmill, when I have historically said that I would rather teach 2 hour kick-box cardio classes back to back than run for 20 minutes. I have gotten stronger, and seen results in a short amount of time.

The gym and equipment are kept clean and in good condition. You have everything you could want here. The owner has built a friendly and inclusive gym atmosphere!

Best gym in the area with the best trainers around. It is such a comfortable environment and each class targets everyone's different fitness goals. I've been training with the owner Charles for over two years now and he has motivated me not only fitness/health, but he has taught me healthy habits for a positive everyday life style. I have lost over 20 pounds since I started at vision and my mental clarity sky rocketed. I will forever be grateful for Charles and the vision fit trainers!!

I've been going to this gym for almost a year and a half. The owner Charles is so passionate about the gym and has picked the best trainers there are to teach classes here. Each trainer and class are different, but every class is an amazing work out. Each trainer is also very attentive to the class to make sure everyone is doing the movements correctly, which is key! I have nothing but good things to say about Charles and his gym.
