    What a great staff! We arrived today to witness a rude, out of control customer screaming at the staff. Unbelievable! However, after the staff calmly dealt with the situation, they proceeded to help us with everything we needed. They were so friendly and accommodating. The manager, Joey, who had already clocked out for the day, even stayed late to make sure my husband's new suit would be altered perfectly. We couldn't have been more pleased and we will continue to shop here in the future.

    My husband and I had a great experience at this store due to the fantastic staff who went above and beyond to help us…particularly Lyndsey, Angela and I think Christina too! They made the shopping experience very easy and we’re very attentive! We will definitely be back!

    I just wanted to share a little bit of my wonderful experience at Jos A Bank of Kenneth Square. I was shopping with my wife a couple of weeks ago and stumbled on Jos A Banks, and went inside to purchase a suit. Not only did I buy a suit, but I also met Al and he was amazing and very knowledgeable about suit buying and tailoring. When I came back to pick up my tailored suit I ended up and duplicating my wonderful time to the point I bought more suits. Al was there and assisted me with my buying and tailoring needs. Thanks so much Al and Jos A Bank for a great experience.
