Store was clean. Immediate eye contact and greeting with a store associate when I came through the front door. Browsed until I was ready to be helped. Team member Dajour helped me , he was friendly , efficient and good at his job. Overall really good experience.

Just got a new pair of sneakers and wasn't sure what size I needed or what would be best for my activity. Jaime was extremely helpful and patient while explaining my options and tips for the what to get. Love to see there are still stores with excellent customer service and pride in their job.

A foot specialist sent us to this particular New Balance to get our daughter sneakers to fit the braces on her legs. They exceeded our expectations by a mile! Joseph was the employee who waited on us and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Such a great experience. We'll definitely be returning the next time we need shoes. Highly recommend!
