The staff was great, and when my new Birks were not performing as expected, they first worked with me to try and repair them, and then replaced them at no cost to me. If you are looking for a pair of Birkenstock, this is the place to go!

(November 23, 2021, 5:27 pm)Prior to opening this morning I saw Ernie (store mgr/owner??) come out if his storefront and picked up an abandoned grocery cart and took it the length of the lot to the cart huts of the grocery store. A big thank you to him for caring about how well the center looks and saving any damage to cars. Thank you Ernie.

Just let there with two pair of boots for my wife for Christmas, Kate was fantastic and very knowledgeable on what would be the best styles for my wife.
