Had to return a defective game at Target and could not find the receipt. The salesperson looked up my receipt by using the cc I used to purchase, it was a quick and simple return. This means a lot when you spend so much at this store and you lose your receipt and they have this handy tool! Not all stores all this kind!

I placed a pick up order over the weekend that ended up missing a few items. I went in tonight and was helped by Josh, they were wonderful! Josh was processing exchanges along with taking care of the pick up orders, and still managed to go above and beyond for me. It was honestly a refreshing experience, thank you Josh!

Marc was helpful in educating me about my best options as far as plan and usage. The whole team there was helpful, patient and easy to interact with.

Marc is SO helpful and kind! I know next to nothing about tech stuff, and he was so patient and helped me get my new phone set up. He was so nice to stay late and really cares about the customers. What I thought would be stressful ended up being a really great experience! I’m so appreciative and will definitely be using this Verizon location in the future!
